The hotel offered a self-service breakfast with various options from 6-10 am. Staff assisted with special requests and kept food topped up. Access to the executive lounge was included. Drinks and snacks were available. Staff were helpful in answering questions.

The bed was too firm. This affected sleep quality. The air conditioning unit was positioned above the bed. It was impossible to adjust fan speed or airflow. The option to turn off the fan entirely was unavailable.

The hotel provided a convenient location near the BTS station. The executive lounge access offered snacks and beverages throughout the day. I also appreciated the friendly staff. They were always helpful with directions and information about the area.

I found the air conditioning unit to be quite loud. Adjusting the fan speed proved difficult, so I had to endure the constant airflow . This impacted the overall comfort of the room at night.
